Refund Policy

At Candidize, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.
All subscription fees are generally non-refundable except in the specific circumstances outlined below.
We may issue refunds in the following situations:
- Technical Issues: If you experience significant technical problems that prevent you from using core features of the Service, and we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe (typically 5 business days), you may be eligible for a prorated refund.
- Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error (e.g., double billing, wrong plan charged), we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.
- 14-Day Trial Period: If you subscribe to a paid plan (Pro or Enterprise) and are not satisfied within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund. This applies only to your first subscription and does not apply to renewals.
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- Cancellations made after the 14-day trial period (for initial subscriptions)
- Partial month refunds - if you cancel mid-billing cycle, you retain access until period end
- Change of mind after using the Service beyond the trial period
- Violations of our Terms of Service that result in account suspension or termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No refund will be provided for the remaining days in your billing cycle.
After your billing period ends, your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan, and you will not be charged again.
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at contact@candidize.com with 'Refund Request' in the subject line
- Include your account email address and subscription details
- Provide a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund
- Allow 5-7 business days for us to review your request and respond
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Enterprise plan refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have an Enterprise subscription and wish to request a refund, please contact us directly at contact@candidize.com to discuss your specific situation.
