By accessing and using Candidize ('the Service'), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Candidize is an AI-powered CV screening platform that helps recruiters and hiring managers analyze candidate resumes against job requirements. The Service includes:
- AI-powered CV analysis and scoring
- Job posting management
- Candidate comparison tools
- Interview question generation
- Skills gap analysis
- AI chat functionality for candidate insights
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
Free Plan: Limited features with 2 active jobs per month and basic analysis.
Pro Plan ($29.99/month): Full AI insights, 25 active jobs, up to 100 CVs per scan.
Enterprise Plan ($79.99/month): Unlimited jobs, advanced features, priority support.
Billing Terms:
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- All fees are in USD and non-refundable except as required by law
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
- Prices may change with 30 days notice
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds will be provided for partial months
- Your account will be downgraded to the Free plan
- You can reactivate your subscription at any time

You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Violate any laws regarding employment discrimination
- Upload malicious code or attempt to breach security
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Scrape or extract data using automated means
- Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
Your Data: You retain all rights to the job descriptions and CVs you upload. You grant us a license to process this data solely to provide the Service.
AI Analysis: The AI-generated insights, scores, and recommendations are provided by the Service and remain our intellectual property.
Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable employment laws and regulations, including anti-discrimination laws.
Your candidates' privacy is our top priority. We are committed to protecting the confidentiality and security of all CVs uploaded to our platform.
Strict Usage Policy:
- Single Purpose Only: CVs uploaded to Candidize are used exclusively for the specific job screening purpose you designate. We do not use CVs for any other purpose whatsoever.
- No AI Training: We do not use uploaded CVs to train our AI models or any machine learning systems. Your candidates' data remains private and is never used to improve our algorithms.
- No Third-Party Access: CVs are never shared with, sold to, or made accessible to any third parties except as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., AI processing providers bound by strict confidentiality agreements).
- No Data Mining: We do not extract, aggregate, or analyze CV data across different users or job postings for any commercial or research purposes.
Security Measures:
- All CVs are encrypted in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest
- Access to CV data is strictly limited to authorized personnel for support purposes only
- We implement industry-standard security practices to prevent unauthorized access
- Regular security audits and updates to protect your data
Your Control:
- You can delete any CV or job posting at any time from your dashboard
- When you delete a CV, it is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days
- You can request complete account deletion, which removes all associated CV data
- You maintain full ownership and control of all uploaded CVs
Our Promise: We understand that you are entrusting us with sensitive candidate information. We treat this responsibility with the utmost seriousness and are committed to maintaining the highest standards of data privacy and security.
Important: Our AI analysis is a tool to assist in candidate screening, not a replacement for human judgment.
- AI scores and recommendations should be used as guidance only
- Final hiring decisions must be made by qualified humans
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI analysis
- You are responsible for ensuring fair and legal hiring practices
- The Service should not be the sole basis for employment decisions
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:
- Perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts service
- Modify or discontinue features with notice
- Suspend accounts that violate these terms
- Experience downtime due to technical issues
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CANDIDIZE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Candidize harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or violation of any rights of another party.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
